im 32 yrs old,,never done a cycle but i want to..used to lift lots of weights but havent in 2 years because of work and kids..i dont know my body fat%..
you cant just jump on a cycle if you havent been training seriously for a while.
you need a solid foundation along with diet and cardio to achieve as well as maintain results
ya ive been takin my bro to the gym for the past month hes 5'11 227 ..
month ago he was 248.. very proud with his progress trains really hard and has a nice diet.
im gonna get on the cardio and diet asap...then i will start a good routine @ the gym ..thanks bro

make the diet your self... low carbs high protein...
if you do this you will be more likely to follow it
