Gyno and 3rd cycle advice please

Getting ready for a third cycle but unfortunately developed fairly significant gyno last time around. Previous cycles were test, and test+tbol+EQ. I tried cycling with little estrogen prevention the second time and learned the hard way that I am gyno sensitive.

I’m preparing for a bulking cycle but want to make sure I have the gyno issue covered. I don’t want it to get worse. I probably already need surgery at some point.

    Dbol 50 mg/day x 4 weeks
    Test C 500 mg/wk x 14 weeks
    Deca 400 mg/wk x 12 weeks

I’m going to run letro during cycle. Should ¼ of a letro 2.5 mg tablet (0.625 mg per day) be sufficient? I will up the dose if I notice any issues. I’m also going to start the letro a week before the cycle, esp since I want to use dbol. (which is maybe a bad idea?)

Alternatively, I could try a high deca (600 per week) low test cycle (300 per week)

Pct will be full AR (hcg, nolva, exemestane)

Thanks as always for the advice.

    W

Bump since I don't think I was clear on the questions I'm trying to answer:

    1) Letro dose- is .625/day likely to be too high? Would it be better to start EOD and see if gyno sides occur?

    2) Is starting letro for a week before cycle a good idea? I have read other posts about this

    3) Would a high dose deca, low dose test cycle be less likely to cause gyno? I haven't used deca before - my gyno was caused by previous test cycle(s)

    4) Should using dbol be out of the question if gyno is a concern? Or will it be OK with the letro?

    Again, very much appreciate advice.

id get rid of the dbol if ur sensitive to gyno and run maybe .50 eod of the letro.. But everyone is different... you may or may not be so sensitive with the dbol.. Have you tried gyno reversal yet? when was last time you cycled?

    Thanks for your response.

Last cycle completed about 4 months ago. Will be starting this cycle no sooner than 2 months from now. Gyno showed up during end of cycle and got worse during/after pct, then stabalized.

I have not run a letro reversal protocol yet. I have read C Bino's post. Would you suggest giving Bino's protocol a try while on cycle? (and have you tried?) I could start with a low dose letro, then work towards the gyno reversal dose of 2.5 mg per day, then taper down as I approach pct.

Have you thought about using proviron? I know the last couple of times I asked about proviron experience on the forum I didn't get much response bc no one had really experimented with it. I know I will in future cycles that go gyno. Check out proviron in the steriod profile section.

    Thanks for the response.

I did use low dose proviron in my second test cycle - which clearly wasn't enough for me since I developed gyno.

In my first cycle I used a-dex while on and got some minimal gyno, mostly during pct.

I feel more comfortable using letro while on now - just want to try to get the dose started at the right level and see what happens from there.

Yeah, that's what I need to do. I had a surgical consult a month ago. the surgeon did tell me that you can't ever be sure all the gladular tissue is removed so the problem may reoccur but it's unlikely.

Wearing a vest for a month and staying out of the gym 4-6 weeks won't be fun though - but it would solve the issue altogether.

dude, I'm a noob, but I'm tellin ya I wouldnt mess with gyno again. If ya gotta get the surgery anyway then just save up and do it, then roid it up with no worries.

I just tried my first cycle and found out I'm gyno sensitive the hard way. It kills my self esteem and I'd give ANYTHING to rewind and never even touch those PHs I popped. F***

so it sounds if you've had gyno before and had surgery to get it removed you really don't have to worry about getting it from a cycle? I had surgery about a year ago and am worried that my gyno will come back if i do have surgery..

Like i said I did have a surgical consult with a guy who works frequently on bodybuilders. He said he does his best to get all the tissue but its usually not possible and gyno can reoccur. He seems to be top notch...and he cost like 10k...if you can judge quality by price in medicine...
