I have noticed i run out of breath quite faster than normal. I know when i started the cycle, i was 194 lbs, 4 weeks ago, no i am 206 at 5'8.
I guess the proper term is that i get "winded fast". Did i gain too much to fast, or should i start doing more cardio?
i do 20 High intensity cardoi 5 days a week after my workouts.
