    breathing and weight gain

    I have noticed i run out of breath quite faster than normal. I know when i started the cycle, i was 194 lbs, 4 weeks ago, no i am 206 at 5'8.

    I guess the proper term is that i get "winded fast". Did i gain too much to fast, or should i start doing more cardio?

    i do 20 High intensity cardoi 5 days a week after my workouts.

    the more muscle you put on the more that it demands from the cardiovascular system. It will take a little time for your cardio to catch up.

    yea, I have the same issues when gaining weight. Lean or not, cardio is up and I still get winded. I guess everyone is different. It goes away as soon as cycle is over. Wife says I make weird breathing noises when sleeping too... After cycle it goes away though so maybe that will give you something to look forward to.

    it's partly due to the weight gain but more do to the increas in blood pressure. Your heart has to work harder to pump the same amount of blood.

    When you gain 12lbs in 6weeks you have to realize that most of that is water retention. This is going to put considerable strain on your heart. I am willing to bet that your resting heart rate is noticably higher than before you went on cycle. This is an indication of the strain on your cardiovascular system due to the increase in your blood volume. Taking arimidex and other anti E's can help with this somewhat.
