    anavar on its own?

    if you used anavar at 100mg a day for 8 weeks would everything you gain be solid?and what results would you expect?

    you will get decent results, a little weight gain and a lot of strength gain. Thats assuming you have a good diet and work out routine going. 100mg ED is a lot and you may experience acid reflux and negative effects on your appetite from such a large amount of orals. You'll also get muscle pumps(cramps) when working out. I hope this helps

    Good gain in strength, vascularity and hardness...not much in the way of mass. Depending on how old you are, by itself var will depress ur natty test production and make u lethargic with very low sex drive. Best to throw in a low dose of test (300-400mg/wk) and make a real cycle out of it. I've tried it twice by itself and was disappointed. And once with test and LOVED IT. It's totally different cycle. The two components seem to feed off each other. I used 375 mg/wk of sust split up into small shots on MWF. Worked awesome.

    Good point.. the test will save you money on var as well. On my Var only cycles I used 75mg/day and as stated got mixed results. With test I only used 50mg/day (same source) and got awesome results.

    You should start out at about 50 -70mg and see how you respond to it. 8wks is what I ran it at solo. I went as high as 100 but did'nt notice anymore benefit than 70 so settled on that.

    Took about 3-4wks for it to kick in and it came on subtle like till about 5th wk and strength thru the roof! Great compound and easy to recover from. Lasting gains too. Zero to no water retention.

    Sorry to high jack your thread kid....but i am starting a var only cycle this week...is there any need to pct cycle? if so how long?

    You will get strength gains through the roof if it is anything like the var I had a while back. I did happen to be taking prop with it but it sky rocketed once the var was added.
