whats best for recon.

i have asked this before or similar but waht is best for recon of hcg or any type of peptide and what lasts better. I have made hcg with sterile what i understand that after a while what will become dirty/unsterile but how lon will this take? what is best to use?

I am hopefully goning to be getting igf-1 so this will help on that, does anyone know how to make AA as i have read that this is the chosen method for many. didnt get it of mate like first posted so now having to save lol

for hcg i use bacteriostatic water or sterile water with a low amount(.04-.08%) sodium chloride

cheers pietro, can only get sterile water from needle exchange was worried that this maybe wrong to use and keep for a while, using during cycle as i have a prob with the balls shrinking but this seems to be preventing this a the mo, is it best to have a break for a week of so to stop ledeg cells from being to damaged on 12wk cycle and used since first week.
