whats the best core excersizes...besides the usual advice for abs (Diet, cardio, crunches) looking for somthing i can do in my room at home
in your room at home? No weights?
Push Ups (regular, wide, and tricep)
Any ab work, i.e. situps, regular crunches , left/right crunches, reverse crunches, leg levers, flutter kicks.
body weight squats, lunges.
pull ups if you can (regular, wide, close, and mountain climbers)
get a 2x4 piece of board and do calf raises

id say go get some exersize balls, a big one to lay on and do abs,and 2 small ones to use while doing push ups
doing push ups while balance'n ur hands on 2 balls plus with ur legson the big ball is great for core because its all stabelization

google my friend. you can find all kinds. but in all honesty, deadlifts and squats may be the best.
at home...planks... side planks... i'd also get a stability ball, endless core exercise could be performed on these.... at the gym deadlifts...
