I do both, primarily I hit the outer head from the outside coming in across under the large vein. The inner head I hit somewhat more vertically, at an angle.

in the Bi's what size needle do you use? .5 inch? never done a bi shot yet... a half inch needle to me would seem ample because there is almost no fat you have to get through.

Dude I did my from the top with 1in(all way in) And 23g.

It was fine and felt ok, it was my very frist inject and it had some pain for 3 days, but other then that, nothing bad.

I go at a slight angle on the inside head of my bicep....i use a 5/8 in 25g.....

i love bicep injections and tri injections.. !! sore for the remainder of the day but i swear they look bigger afterwards! must just be swolen! ha ha but i like it!

Is it more painful than a quad? I hit my quads and they are sore for days can't imagine having to deal with that on my bicep.

i dont think there painful at all.. just sore i guess.. but each there own i suppose.. if i havent injected into a certain muscle in some time its more sore than a muslce i just injected last week lets say..

so to answer ur question it depends on you etc.. all injections can be sore but some can be painless. i would suspect ur first bicep will be painful the next day or two.. but after than meh! no biggy..

never, ever flex any muscle while injecting. the oil will disipate much better in the loose unflexed tissue.

Never thought of that I guess that's why it takes so damn long for the test to go in. I'll try not flexing next time thanks.
