Im thinking about doing my first cycle that would consist of test and deca for 12 weeks. I have seen many threads talk about BF...here is my situation. I was 272lb in 3/05 I got down to 182lb and Im 6ft. Since hitting the gym really hard on the weights Im up to 200. If I had to guess my BF is probably about 20 %??? Its hard to tell b/c of the weight I loss I dont know how much is fat and how much is skin that hasnt tighten up. Im 31. The test and deca cycle was recommend to me from a friend that has been body building for years and has done a hand full of cycles. I talked to him about me doing one and he felt that a small test and deca cycle for about 12 weeks would be good for me. I am wondering about the deca vs eq also. Am Im gonna look really bloated on deca? My diet is in quizi check. It could be better and I plan to be extremely stict during the cycle simply b/c I want the most of it. So back to my original question is should I work on getting my bf way down before I go on a cycle. I understand there are tons of variables that gage if someone is ready for a cycle but Im really curious about the bf factor. When you bust your ass for a few years to drop 90 lbs you want to make sure you never get that big again. I dont mind putting on the lbs as long as its lean muscle
