I am 38 and whenever I do a cycle of AAS my muscles get bloated due to water retention. If you simply are trying to lose weight and your diet is in check and you are doing some cardio, I would consider HGH. At 33 you might be able to get it prescribed through an HRT doc.
I know frome experience var will give you a leaner physic. I read test will bring fat loss and will be trying it soon! Diet is very important as well. Pb stated from his exp. ppl with midsection fat don't respond well to too many carbs in the diet,especially high GI carbs.
I'm experimenting with this and so far it's working out pretty well. Low fat, high protein and medium carbs. Low GI carb such as brown rice, sweet potatoes, wheat pasta ect...

i usually just take test at a low dose when i am cutting. tren would also be good for cutting, i manage to stay lean while bulking with it anyways.
diet is the key my friend, roids may help, but all is in the diet... anyways, if you wanna look leaner, just stay away of roids that retain lots of water...
clen and t3 worked wonders for me!
Tren can have many sides. If you are just beginning you should probably stay away from this until you learn more.
