Juice
7am - Workout followed by PWO shake and dextrose P=30 Car=10 CAL=100
10.30am -Soup tuna*2 P=42 CAR=22 CaL=250
12.30pm - RICE CHICKEN P=33 CAR=90 CAL=420
3pm - SAME^^^ P=33 CAR=90 CAL=420
6pm - Steak , peas, potatoes
P= 87 CAR=36 CAL=330
9pm Protien shake be4 bed.
TOTAL
P= 260
CARB= 275.5
CAL= 2003
