Chicken breast (skinless), white fish, lean beef, brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, lots of vegetables, lots of fruit...

This is one of the sample diets I used. It is tailored to me based on my caloric needs.
Meal 1- PRO/CARB
1 cup oatmeal 54 g carbs
1/2 cup Carbo Gain 50 g carbs
1 scoop whey 20 g protein
WORKOUT
Meal 2- PWO Nutrition
3 scoops of whey 60 g protein
60 grams dextrose 60 g carbs
Meal 3- PPWO Nutrition
1 cup Carbo Gain 100 g carbs
1 scoop whey 20 g protein
Meal 4- PRO/FAT
1 Chicken breast 23 g protein
1/2 cup walnuts 28 g fat
Meal 5- PRO/CARB
Slice of turkey breast 30 g protein
1 cup brown rice 35 g carbs
1 cup whole wheat pasta 30 g carbs
1 Slice grain bread 20 Carbs
Meal 6- PRO/FAT
2 servings salmon 30 g fat
1/4 cup walnuts 29 g protein
Meal 7- BEFORE BED
1 scoops casein protein 20 g protein
1.5 tbspn flax seed oil 14 g fat
Totals:
Protein- 203 grams
Carbs- 349 grams
Fats- 72 grams
What about wish gear what best cycle
If your eating more than your body needs you will gain muscle/fat if you eat less then your body needs you will loose fat/muscle its basically that simple
Eat slightly over maintnance to ensure lean gains but if natural you will most certainly put on some fat as well even if only a 300-400 cal surplus but the muscle to fat ratio will be good and you can still look fairly big and lean...Bulking up and cutting down also creates muscle maturity,,
Add 100-200 calories to ur TDEE.
