Squats and Deadlfts. I dont know if you mean your legs are barely trained or not, but if they aren't trained that well, go real light on the weight at first while you focus on form.

to keep a greater intensity, try doing your squats, deadlifts and hack squat first, then do a triple superset alternating leg ext., leg curl and cal raises with very little or no rest in between exercises or sets, this will wear you out trust me

    Squats
7 Sets of 14,12,10,8,6,4,2...gradually going up in weight every set

    Front Squats
4 Sets of 12,10,8,6 gradually going up in weight also

    Dead Lifts
    3 Sets of 10

    Dumbell Front and Back Lunges
    3 Sets of 8

    Hamstring curls

Calfs just do any machine 6 sets of 10

Overtraining in my opinion - i would never be able to keep up high intensity and finish that workout in a reasonable amount of time

I do calves on a seperate day and I do seated for outside, standing for inside.....there are two different muscles, you gotta hit them both. Therefore, it is NOT THE BEST.......;.

of course I go running too. which I count as a different type of calf exercise, so I hit them twice a week.
