hey guys im new to the site was wondering if you guys could give me a bf% estimate and help me out with a diet im going to be starting mma on teusday and weight lifting also ive been weightlifting on and off for about 5 years been serious about it for about 3 weeks because i looked in the mirror and didnt like what i sawahaha so hopefully u guys can help me out im 22 and weight 250 lbs
