What do you guys think I should do? I'm torn between cutting some more, I really wanna see my abs, but I also want to get a little bigger. I'm 18, 6 foot, and about 185. Guess's on BF% would be nice. The pics are about 5 months apart.

id say bulk mate
u can do both, work out hard and do cardio after u work out.
Are you thinking about cycling with AAS? if so i would suggest you get your diet and training down and improve your age by about 5 years before you start.
Time to bulk up. Eat plenty but most of all eat well and learn how to time your nutrients correctly.
I should prob add that I don't wanna get BIG like most guys, I wanna stay around 190, but at a lower BF%
nah no aas for me, my diets alright. I just don't think I eat enough. I know I'm not getting enough EFA's and prob not enough carbs. I eat 5-6 times a day though and shoot for between 30-40 grams of protein a meal.
Typical Day:
Wake Up at 8:30ish
BTW I eat at an all you can eat cafeteria and I have unlimited swipes
9:45 Egg White Omlette, no cheese, peppers,tomatoes, mushrooms, hot sauce. Small bowl of oatmeal, may throw a spoonful of trail mix in, sometimes 1 spoonful of yogurt for flavor
12:00 Turkey Sandwich, No Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Mustard, Hot Sauce. on Light Wheat Bread. (i put a good half pound of turkey on)
1:30-2:15 (depends on when I have class) Lift
2:45-3:45 Another Turkey Sandwich
5:30 Sometimes I'll get the special if it isn't horrible like chicken and rice, most of the time just straight tuna with mustard and hot sauce or 2 pieces of grilled chicken
8:30 Same As Above
Sometime Before Bed Pure Whey Isolate in Water (sometimes 1 scoop for 25g of protein at 110 cals, sometimes 1 1/2)

i'm guessing the first two pics are the after shots and you look pretty lean, i'd say a nice clean bulk diet. Great progress man, pics aren't the greatest but maybe anywhere from 10-12%?
Damn If I think your diet needs work thats not good at all. Even if I think its ok, your diet would still suck, im the worst guy diet wise but man you got me beat by far now hehe

BULK! I believe you can lose body fat while bulking, it's happened to me, but your diet has to be perfect.
I think you need more time in the gym more than anything else.
bulk dude, at this stage you dont have enough muscle on your frame to consider cutting. Keep bulking for the next couple of years atleast, then you will have a good amount of beef to show when you get the bodyfat down
really? I thought higher maybe I am lower bf then I thought.i would guess 12-14% bf
IMO, I would start out at maintenance and lift like a dirty bitch till failure.
Your diet blows to say the least. Head to the diet forum ASAP if you haven't already.
