    transformation

    Just wondering if anyone here is down to do a 1 month diet transformation where we can put some teams together as groups here and compete agains each other in a good and positive way to see who has reached or has transformed their body better in the 1 month competition. We will post current pics everyweek of each one of us and then let the AR members decide which team won. I think this will help to keep each member of ur team comitted, diciplined and happy once all is done.

    I'm down...but one month is a little shallow. I'd rather see something like 3 months with a 'progress report' every 2 weeks.

    Great idea for this board though!!

    yeah if u down for a 3 month we can do it. A 2 week progress report with pics would be great as well. It be a great accomplishment and commitment for anyone interested.

    I am cool with whatever the majority wants so long as we get a large group involved.

    So should we start on Aug or October? We could name or number each groups and start quick. I think it be great for everyone that is going to be involved in a positive way.

    We can make the pics contain certain objects or something wrote on a piece of paper. I am sure we can get around that part.....And if they don't play by the rules who is really loosing not us them...

    Yeah that would work. Maybe we could split the beginners up with some of the more experienced guys. But whatever will work will work.. I am deff a beginner when it comes to loosing fat. I have a long way to go to get back to where i once was...

    i think it would be a good idea, kinda like aa acountabiltiy partners you know, dont wanna let your team down, im stepin out my comfort zone a little but i would be down for it but im a big bastard at 278 and 20 percent bf so im going to be like the fat kid on the kickball field and get picked last hahaha

    prob need to split the teams up into groups consisting of goals like muscle gain or fat loss. cause i think its kinda hard to pick one over the other because there kinda dif transformations.

    U i am 245 probably 28% i was amazed when i had it checked last. I was at like 20 but ooh boy now i am plain fat. But i would be willing to take the insults...Fuel my fire kinda...

    Wow, I just saw this thread, Im in....What kind of goals are we talking about here. Im gonna be doing some bulking during that time period....Is that ok? Are we talking about a specific transformation or just kind of hitting whatever goals you set, regardless of bulk or cut.....Is it all natty, bc I will be on cycle during that time as well.

    I would like to go on a bulk between Oct. the end of the year. Someone get creative and think up the rules.

    What about something like 6 to a team. 3 people on cutting diets and the other 3 on a bulk. Average of lean body mass wins. Works for both. Cutters are trying to lower bodyfat and keep lean mass. Bulkers are trying to add lean mass. Biggest increase in LEAN BODY MASS after 3 months wins.

    More suggestions????

    Ooooh, that sounds dead on brother I like it. That way you cant have bulkers just goin ass-wild and putting on as much weight as possible, and you cant have cutters dropping BF as much as possible without concern for LBM. I think we are just gonna have to be on the honor system as far as stats and hope that no one is pathetic enough to lie. Everyone can post before and after pics, and we can say that you have to have a majority of the contest members confirm your statistics to qualify...How does that sound?

    Just have to make sure same amount of 'enhanced' people are on each team. We can take pictures with scales and paper that has to say something specific.

    We need a Mod to play referee for us.

    ...gives me a reason to buy a decent digital camera...

    after gettting couple of great advise from abbot i sure am going to use them to imporve my over all body fat while maintaining LBM... Lets do it folks i am down oct 1st through december 31. First of all its going to give us a motivation plus by the time we are going to finish new years eve is going to be around the corner...

    this is me 2 weeks ago. I want to be really cut with a 6 pack once we finish our competition.

    I am down to do it... Im a big boy right now im about 290 and shit 25-26 % body fat... big foo here... I wont be doing any cycling or nothing just plain dieting, cardio, and working out. That is all who want to pick me haha hahaa

    Ur in Mex83. What ever ur goals are here they are welcome. With proper diet, cardio and dicipline once we start you will see results right away.
