If so will i lose the retension when i come off?

Yes even EOD as low as .25mg will help.....Even with TestE/C....but do watch your diet and salt intake as these will have a major impact on the test bloat!

Within about a week and half of taking the arimidex, you should notice a bit of the bloat to come off.....Also, limit your sodium intake, and drink plenty of water.....If everything is in check, then you can minimize the bloat, some might not even bloat at all....

jstraw418 how long do you think it takes for arimidex to be completely assimilated and to take full effects? Reason i'm asking if because I want to cover the estrogen rebound that I will get from coming off letro with a-dex, and I don't know how long in advance I should start using arimidex along with letro before I can drop it.

arimdex takes effect very quickly.....I believe it reaches stable blood levels within in 7 days........I am a requent user of letro, and always use arimidex to combat the rebound...
