Hi guys! I have been reading the threads for a while and I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on a newbie cycle. Im 26y, 173cm, 55kg with 6% bf. Im a hardgainer as almost all "ectos" are and have been in the gym for quite a while now. I gained 6kg since I've started seriously working out again (I used to play "pro" soccer in the past) and lost one kg during vacationsTo be honest Im a bit tired of bs supps (pro-hormonal, creatine, NO's etc...) and wanted to bulk up a little without loosing the ripped look :P I get ripped very easily and have "bruce lee" like vascularity :P but I still have a 2D look!
Oh almost forgot I do have a day job so my nutrition could be a bit better, however I do feel hungry every 1.5h so I try to get a 2k+ calory intake and Im very careful when it comes to being healthy with food!
Any pointers?
