    Please check my diet

    Hi All,

    Please check my new diet, and advice or changes will be much apprechiated.

    My stats:
    Age 22
    200lbs
    24% bodyfat
    Working out 4 times / week
    Not taking / going to take steroids untill i give this new diet a go.

    Goal: Loose around 10 - 15% bodyfat / Gain more muscle

    Supliments currently taking:

    6 x Creatine Tablet
    2 x CLA-1000



    Diet PLAN

    Meal 1 (6 - 7am) P CH F Kcal

    • Protein Shake 30g 21g 5g 230
    • 8oz. Oatmeal 25g 155g 18g 880


    Meal 2 (Work meal)

    • Protein Shake 24g 2g 2g 120
    • 4oz. Cheese 22g 170g 10g 200


    Meal 3 (Work meal)

    • Tuna
    on Wholemeal 50g 60g 5g 476


    Meal 4 (Pre-workout meal)

    • 8oz. Brown rice 22g 170g 6g 850


    Meal 5 (Post workout meal)

    • Protein Shake 30g 21g 5g 230
    • 5 whole eggs 30g 0 30g 400
    • 8oz. Brown rice 22g 170g 6g 850


    Meal 6 (10-11pm)

    • 7oz. Cottage cheese
    on Wholemeal 37g 85g 8g 600
    • Apple 0g 14g 0g 60


    Total 292g 868g 95g 4696








    Is this diet ok guys??

    Someone will help i'm sure, that is written so bad I don't know what to think right now.

    8oz of Rice, bla blah oz of Oats? Whats wrong with "1 cup Oats" or "1 cup Rice"?

    It would make it much easier to read if you had it laid out Calories, Carb, Fat, Protein

    And yes that diet sucks and the total amount is out of this ****ing world. I'm almost thinking this is a troll job.
