    What to eat Mon-Sun cycle 1

    My cycle will be test 400 12 weeks and 5 weeks dbol,

    what to eat can u post any link.

    what is that in Kg ? found it 0.28349523125000003 steak and 0.226796185 potatoes

    1 oz.= 28g

    steak and potatoes is always a good choice! I'd add green veggies too!
