I am 20 yrs old currently 5'11'', tippin the scales at about 180, and 8-10% body fat. This will be third cycle of AS and my goal is to gain 10-15 lbs. of mass. My diet has been from 2000 to 4000 cal/day with 70-100 grams of protien body fat percent Is this the cycle for me? If not please tell me, i could use some opinions.

Anythng missing? Do i need to follow it up with anything? Is there anything better that will help me pack on some sick ass MASS? any info yall got will help alot. Thanks...peace
