I work 12 hours a day, 6 days a week most of the time and I have to get at like 5ish to cook my 4 egg whites, make my half a cup of oatmeal and 1-2 slices of whole wheat bread.
Is it alright to just throw a scoop of whey, 4 egg whites and oatmeal in the blender and have a few slices of toast with peanut butter, it would allow me to sleep in more.
Im trying to bulk up and thats the hardest meal to get in me I find.
Is that healthy to do, eat raw egg whites?
Do you still get all the nutrients if you dont cook the eggs or oatmeal?
Thoughts?
