are there any bads to egg whites i mean i eat alot of them im talkin like 9 per meal and some days if i dont feel like chicken ill have them for 3 or 4 meals is this a bad idea and im on keto so not sure if that matters ata all? thanks

I bet you mean 9 per day and not 9 per meal. That would be like 315g of protein a day just in eggs if you eat 5 meals...
But I don't see a problem with basing your protein mostly on eggs. I like to add red meats or casein before bed for digestion reasons, but egg whites have all the aminos you need.
yeah i deyolk them and eat just the whites but seem to have better fat loss and weight loss when i stick to just chicken breast but i get sick of it egg whites are quick and easy and i can eat them in like 2 minutes but not sure if they had alittle fat also that could be putting me over my fat ammount for each meal
