    Advice for a Newbie here

    I am trying for the first time.
    I have some Dbol (bad quality, but that is life)
    Test Blend (same thing). It is a blend of three types of tests. I was wondering what you should use for PCT time.

    I am probably do one cycle, then off for 4 weeks then another right afterwards but with better stuff. What would you suggest for layoff period?

    Then after the second time of bulking, then it is cutting down time.

    But before I do anything I need to know what I require from Lion Nutrition for my "research"
    I am doing 10 cycle and using the Dbol to start me well for 4 weeks.
    Because I am going to be in the states, I am getting the stuff sent to a hotel and taking it across the border. Anyone did this?
    I am thinking two bottles of Tamox 50 ml, two bottles of Clomi 70ml, and two bottles L-Dex 30ml.
    What size syringes do you use with these products also?

    Appreciate any help that you can give

    lol i agree jesus that was a lot of basic questions. I'll say one thing though:

    Do not run cycles back to back.

    You must give your body time to recover. If you're doing a 10 week cycle then you have to wait until the PCT is finished + 10 weeks and THEN you can cycle again.

    Goals: Power then trim down to add more speed. It is for sports.

    I have been a natural with weights and naturally a larger size for power, but I am not getting any gains lately. The sports that I play, I need massive power then some quick speed.

    Sorry about not putting my stats down.

    Is it proper to finish a cycle to bulk up for strength, then rip down then build up again.

    Your really need to do some more research and I would not do gear because that what I got on hand. I mean we are talking about you health right? you first cycle should be a test only cycle. keep it basic...before you start your cycle make sure you have everything that you need just incase something goes wrong and you need to get off you will have your pct ready.....

    cycle.
    500 mg test 250 mg two times a week for 12 weeks
    you can run d-bal for the first four weeks 30mg ed (every day)
    depending on the type of test you use depends on when you start your pct...
    for pct
    IMO
    clomid 100 mg ed for ther first weeks then 50 mg ed for the next three weeks
    nolv 20 mg ed for four weeks.
    AI of you choice...
    please dont get into a hurry take your time and study plan you diet and workout......you will have so much better gains.....

    I don't understand your question. It's way to vague / unclear. Please rephrase

    I think you're asking can you bulk and cut on the same cycle?? correct??

    NO. It's impossible. You can do a bulking cycle, and then a cutting cycle around 3 - 4 months after you have recovered from the bulking cycle / finished PCT.

    at 39, you may consider checking with your doc for trt (testosterone replacement therapy).
    as for cycles, most people run a cycle, often 10 to 12 weeks, then run pct (post cycle therapy), then take off and stay natural for a few more months, then start considering another cycle.

    Unfortunately there is no chance for that in the city I am in.

    Thank you for your advice and I am waiting until I have everything. I even thinking of looking better quality test and Dbol.

    I have my workout already planned and have been doing them for a long time, but not getting the gains anymore.
    Only thing that I am in rush to get is the stuff from Lion when I am in the USA. I heard too many horror stories here about getting it into Canada through customs.

    WHY The hell would you go to the United-states to order anti-e's?? Thats so pointless.

    We live in Canada man. Everything is easier up here. Just order it online from a Canadian Company, there is like ZERO percent chance it won't show up.

    Because I am newby and do not know a website in Canada and that I am going to be in the States. But I will look for site tonight.

    I really appreciate the help.
