Acne Help

Hey guys I just need a little help on some acne remedies or cures. Taking a test , deca cycle and not broke out bad but probably headed that way. Any help will be appreciated.

use a face wash with 2% silicilic acid,

use a benzyl peroxide topical cream on the face.

take 2g of vitamin c daily.

this should take care of it!!

Is that for the chest and shoulders too?

yeah you can buy a benzyl peroxide or silicilic acid soap or body wash!!!

apply the cream too if you can afford to!but i think just the soap or body wash would do the trick!

and dont worry i got really bad acne on my face and back from decca last year , and now here i am without any spots on my face and just a spot here and there on my back!it would go away in 3-4 months once you stop!!

currently i am on test only cycle and got no acne,so the nutorious decca gives me acne ,not test!find out this for your ownself too!

tanning bed will help too man. Plus make you look more defined.

i did a test / deca cycle. didn't get any acne until pct. then it came and it came full force. had it ever since on my upper arms / back shoulder area. it's not as bad but still is present.
