    IGF vial top came off, is it okay?

    I was trying to take the little plastic top off a vial of IGF LR3 this morning and the whole top (metal ring) came off. It looks as though it was not crimped properly. I put the top back on, but i wanted to know if it is still good? will it degrade really quickly now?

    Also is IGF supposed to have the same vacuum that HGH has? My HGH comes with a pretty strong vacuum, but the IGF does not.

    seems like poor packaging job. I wouldn't trust it to be sterile.
