surgery to remove gyno

can anyone give me some info on this procedure? How much money are we talking to have this done. Ive always had puffy nipples and recently now i can feel a small pea sized lump behind one of my nipples. I havnt cycled in 3 years. Will this surgery make the puffy nipples go away also? The main thing is money and down time. Any help is appriciated.
