For some reason last night, I decided I needed to order some amino acids. I heard from a guy, who heard from a guy, who competes naturally and is ripped that when he diets down he definitely supplements with amino acids to hold on to muscle tissue. So, without doing any research, I just went ahead and ordered this and now I'm trying to figure out why. I guess it's not a big deal since it was less than $7, but is it gonna do anything for me?? I use ON whey protein, which has a good amount of BCAA's, so adding this couldn't hurt..right?
