I hear a lot of telling people to wait before using cycle. I am 35yrs use to work out a good bit, but never wanted to be a bodybuilder or anything but always seemed to have trouble gaining a lot of weight. Usually maxed at 165lbs. took a couple years off but have been back at it for about 3months. I have always had somewhat of a fast metabolism and have to eat like a horse to really make any gains and I am currently eating a high calorie and protien diet of 4000-5000 calories and 300+ grams of protein a day. I have been working out and managed to get a cycle of Test E and Dbol. My stats are:
Age:35
Height 5' 9"
Weight 152 lbs
bf% approx 11
My cycle is fairly light
Week 1-5
Dbol 20mgs
Week 1-5
1cc week
Week 6-12
1.5-2 cc Week
My PCT will be clom and Nolv
I am hoping to gain about about 20lbs and keep about 10lbs on this cycle. I have been told I could gain more, but is this realistic? Any recomendations? I am really staying strict with diet and workouts and would like to get to about 175 and maintain by the end of the year.
