Sup bro's, well here i am i need to get my diet in check.
I was on a bulk diet and went from 175ish to 230lbs all natural in about a year.
Now i just found out recently i need to lose bf% gain more lean muscle before i consider doing my first 12 week cycle of test e because of the high risk of side effects.
So now starting from scratch, i need to put together a cutting diet or a leaner diet to lose 20 25ilbs bf% if anyone could help me with that it would be awsome.
my stats:
23 years old
6'1
230ilbs
5 years exp in the gym
cycle exp none, all natural.
