I find running 30 minutes very easy, and 40 minutes brutal/boring. I don't know why. If I run 30 minutes 6 days a week in the morning on an empty stomach, will this help me lose some weight? (I will keep a close eye on my diet as well.)
Or is 30 minutes too little? Is >40 minutes necessary?

I keep putting on weight because of exams...I always let myself use exams as an excuse, argh. OK so this is it...I am going to put in one month of cardio and diet, and then start hitting the weights again no matter what.
