Day 1 Bi's/Tri's
dumbell curls 3x8
hammer curls 3x8
reverse w-bar curls 3x6
tripress 3x8
skull crushers w-bar 3x8
Throw some Close Grips, Weighted Dips, Reverse Grips in there, rotate weekyl
Day2 legs
squats 3x8
leg extentions 3x8
leg curls 3x8
standing calf raises 3x15
Add another calf exersize, 4 sets for squats
Day 3 shoulders
seated military press 3x6
upright rows 3x8
lateral raises 3x8
4 sets for militart press, maybe add some revese pec dec work, maybe some front DB raises
day 4 RESTING DAY
Day 5 Chest
flat bench 2x8,2x6,2x3
incline bench 2x6, 2x3
pushups till fail
4 sets for flat bench only, reps of 3 are not going to make you gain size, add some incline flies, flat flies.
day 6 back
roman deadlift 3x8
bentover rows 3x8
seated cable pulldowns with wide bar 3x8
(on Ground Pull cable towards you ?NAME?) 3x8
I don't see any good lat work here...lat pull downs, pull ups, etc/
Repeat while taking a break every 3 days
