Hey guys, i'm thinking about doing my first cycle and i have a few rookie questions that maybe yous can help me out with.
First im 26 and been lifting for a lil over a year. I'm 5/10 and about 210lbs. I'd say my body fat % is somewhere between 18-24, sorry i can't be more specific on that, and my frame is decently sized.
1. How many cycles do i have to do of each?
2. How many mg of each?
3. Will i need anything so i do not develop bitch tit? If so when do i start taking it?
4. How do i eat during this cycle...do i eat heavy or lite? Or should i eat heavy on the sus then diet on the deca?
5. What should my workout consist of...meaning lifting heavy or lite...or should i lift heavy on the sus then light on the deca?
6. Can i take other suppliments on it such as protein, animal stack?
7. When finished will i lose everything, get fat, or keep some?
8. How should it be stacked?
9. Is it ok to do 5 days of cardio, for 1/2hr a day?
10. Lastly....is it ok to drink beer on weekends or will that mess stuff up?
Any help would be appreciated, sorry for the questions.
