    Gains from test cyp???

    So just curious on if I should see more gains yet or not? I've been on Test Cyp for 5 weeks. Gained a little strength but not alot and size is hard to tell really. I have gone up about 15lbs though. Is this about right or should I have more? I'm just asking because I've never done a Test cyp cycle, so I didn't know exaclty waht to expect compared to other gear.

    test C only? and 15 lbs is pretty damn good considering the test doesnt really start kicking in till the 4 week!!!!

    I frontloaded the first 2 shots but then I was doing 1,000mg's a week because another forum told me to...lol. Now I'm doing 600mg's a week as of a week ago. Ya about 15lbs but hard to say muscle or fat or water weight or I don't know.

    Give us your stats and one of the senior members like big or phate or jiggaman can give you some good direction on getting good gains on this cycle, is this a first cycle for you?? I know they will say that 1000 mg was a strong start.......also make sure ur diet is in check during this cycle u max imize ur gains, jammy over in the diet section can help u there, alot of knowledge around here to help u..................

    ur in good hand with ninja,, I got to run, good luck with ur cycle,, and dont be drinking I saw ur post about ur beer belly, get ur diet in check to help ur gains since you have already started. Should e at 15% bodyfat before you started.........Peace

    I'm probaly around 15%bf or so not sure though but I was 230lbs and looked fat late last year and I was lik 19-20%bf. I don't drink anymore and I don't have a beer beer belly where it hangs out...lol, it's just some extra fat there I want gone....lol. My diet isn't the greatest but I eat alot and this 15 extra lbs I gained doesn't make me look like I'm getting fat.

    I've done a couple other cycles before with Test 450 and Tren E for 10 weeks at a time.

    that def sounds normal 5 weeks in, I'm on a test cyp cycle also about 5 weeks in, I'm up about 20 pounds but i don't look a great deal different either, I can def tell when I'm in the gym tho! give it more time man every1 says about now is when u can really start to notice the results

    I'm almost in week 5 of my Test E cycle (cidoteston) and I'm up 18 lbs and the stuff hasn't even kicked in yet. Strength is up a little too. I used Dbol for the first 2 weeks and then had to stop because my back felt like there was two golf balls in it and I got insane headaches. I went from 190 to 215 and then trimmed back down to 208.

    What do you mean you can tell a difference in the gym?

    Ya I don't look much different but the scales say I'm up weight and they don't lie...haha.

    i mean im fukking strong as shit haha... but not a definitive change body composition wise, so far just strength and recovery time are up, im sure i look somewhat bigger also, ive gotten a few compliments, but its hard to notice as of now... your doin fine man 15 pounds? your on the right track keep at it

    well ive also been eating like theres no tomorrow so that def contributed to some of my strength gains, but just give it a little more time, im sure youll be allright, up your cals if anything

    What have you been eating? I've been eating alot more and not on a very good diet but I've gained the weight but I don't look like I've gained or like I'm getting fat from eating like crap.

    well i have a cycle log in the "members cycle results" section and its got my diet posted somewhere in it, but ive been eating very strictly, i eat a shitload, but its all good cals, from chicken, steak, tuna, brown rice, oats, whole wheat bread, natty PB, fruits n veggies, stuff like that.
    if your diet is crap, whether your on cycle or not, you wont see results, and even if you do while your on cycle, once your off youll lose your gains b/c of a shitty diet. if your not gaining and your telling me your diet sucks and you know it, well then theres your answer. fix your diet, eat like a horse (ONLY the good stuff) and youll do ok.
