give me a fukin break.I'm sailing rite on into contest shape.It's seems the longer the weeks go the more driven I become.I wouldn't want to fall into the trap of listening to this guy or that guy.If your up on the bb seen you'll know that Chad Nicholls during Dennis Wolf's last 2 weeks of the Olympia removed all carbs from his diet to try and get him leaner.He might has well just sent him to a gun fight with a sling shot the guy lost fifteen lbs and came in flat as fuk probably cost him the"O"That ain't gonna be me no one knows my body better then me.
