    Any opinion on this message?

Well today is the 16th and usps just posted this info to my tracking number yesterday...

Your item arrived in the United States in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 7:29 PM on April 10, 2009. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

Just wondering because if it got there on the 10th why would they have waited until yesterday to post this information? Anyone have any experience with this?

Could be some mail package delays going on, who knows.

If it is in customs more than 5-6 days it will most likely (not always) has been seized.

Man I hope not. It is a small order... just some pct stuff nothing crazy. It was shipped from Romania. I'm not worried about the dollar loss, just the fact that I really need my pct. Just a waiting game I guess.

USPS sucks in general for updating their tracking number information. I've never seen any of my packages (not AAS, just in general) say anything other than "package accepted at post office" and "package delivered to west bumblefu<k".

FedEX and UPS rocks as their sites are updated like every hour.

USPS is just as inefficient as any other government agency or corporation.

I don't even use the USPS tracker. I have received orders that showed still being in New York (first port of entry) on the website. And that was for simple stuff that I didn't have to sweat. I'd just order with plenty of buffer time and have a backup plan, as I have also had orders just completely disappear and never make it to my door.

they might be good for updates. but i would rather actually recieve my package, and get no updates. then just have ups telling me every couple hours, that its still lost, or that they destroyed it. they are completely fcuking useless. of the 15 to 20 packages i have got from them in the last year. 14 of them have been lost, broken, or delayed. and in canada, they ass rape you on border fees. one of the packages they lost, was a 2000$ DJ mixer. and suddenly the declared amount on the insurance, changed to 1000$ once they lost it. but it didnt matter, cause they cut the insurance cheque, to the guy i bought it from. and do you think i ever recieved a dime of that insurance money?? nope. which reminds me, if im ever in florida, i have someone i need to beat the sh!t out of.

    sorry for the rant
