    What to work on?

I just wanted to post these before pictures and ask what I should work on. I have been working out for a year now and am trying to get a really cut look.

    Stats:
    Age: 21
    Weight: 160
    Height: 6'1

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Lats!

What are your weight goals. You can have the really cut look at any weight. If your wanting to put on size I would say check out the diet forum and keep training hard. It will come.

I'd say start doing reverse curls to work the long head of the biceps. Back getting developed very well, more lat pulldowns for extra width. How bout legs?

If you have to ask, your not ready to concern yourself with prioritization or concentration on a specific bodypart

Agreed. To me it seems like your at a stage where pretty much nothing is in a bigger need than another body part of growth, like most ppl said keep your diet strict and focus on overall improvement

Agree with the rest, you have to develop a full physique before you should even begin to worry about what specific body parts you need to develop further. If I had to give you clues though, I'd say your lats, chest, tris (possibly bi's), forearms and traps need the most work, but all that leaves are delts, back and abs. So don't worry and just go nuts with compound exercises, and remember to eat loads (I mean LOADS, eat like your life depended on it!) and get proper sleep!

    weight =

    more food + lift more

you're already very lean, if you lost anymore body fat you would look emaciated,

i think getting leaner should be your last priority right now.

summer is coming up though, so just keep your diet clean and lift more weight,

as winter comes around i think you should focus on bulking and eating as much as you can, it doesn't seem like fat loss should be your main worry, lol
