what ios this stupidness, i have so many injuries, but anyways, right now the one thats annoying me the most are my shoulders, i had took a break on boxing because of this, after awhile my arms would just not produce any more force, and its not a lack of endurance.
My front shoulder hurts like hell it feels like its a nerve but its been like this for the most months and simply just aggravated through time, how can i fix this ? The exercises that hurt the most i would say are dips, i cant do dips at all anymore, and bench pressing if i do more then 3-5 reps it just loses its strength. its weird i was thinking on going to get some massage sessions for my shoulder if it really is a nerve they cud fix it no ? and stuff like hot col patches help but only temporary
