How do you train? and what were your results?

Have you ever just focused on squeezing the muscle and contracting and "feeling it"? Over a longer period of time ofcourse, to see the response.

Or do you like to train heavy with a so so connection?

I've never really tried to train super focused and squeezing and contracting. I've grown mass, but I feel that I maybe could do better, what you guys think?

How do you train, and what are the results?
I am mainly after size, I don't care about strength!

I once did this routine I saw in a mag maximum contraction system or mcs you held the muscle contracted with heavier weights for sets of 45 30 15 seconds. It was difficult example standing barbell curl cut curl it up and you hold it for 45 seconds it starts burning deeper and deeper with each set

I like to always feel the movement up and down.

Never let the weight fall slow, and never explode the weight up unless you're after those fast twitch. I always get more sore and better results from the slow movements.

Next workout you do, try and stay completely focused on a 2 second negative and 2 second positive. Do that the entire workout and see how you like it the next day.

I thought exploding was a good thing? And aren't the fast twitch fibers the fibers with most (or almost all the growth potential)?

slower reps is generally stressing growth protential...white twitch muscle fibers have fewer capilaries and are responsible for maximizing strength and has the most effect on the myofybril

fast twitch muscle fibers are generally for stamina/endurance
