    progress pic prop/npp/var 10 days left

    hey guys i cut out the npp 5-6 days ago prob lost a pound of water... i also stopped the t3 and now am just on clen to try to get my natural thyoid back quicker without the rebound effect... i am on just prop at 100 mg ed.. var at 80 mg ed for the next 10 days until pct.. my pct consists of igflr3, nolva,clomid, sustain alpha, and i ran hcg on cycle... will i keep most of my gains if i eat around 500 grams protein 250 grams carbs.. break/pre/post.. thanks and also i need some advice on how to run igf-lr3.. first time user here.. thanks..

    hey guys.. alrite i have my PCT planned out like this starting in 10 days...
    weeks 1-4
    nolva 40 mged
    clomid 100 mg ed
    sustain alpha 5-7 pumps per day
    hcg when should i stop it.. 3 days before pct take last 350mg shot?
    igf lr3 40mcg bilateral postworkout into muscle worked.
    slin (humalog) 4iu-8iu working my way up post workout only
    creatine post workout.. drive more nutrients in...

    diet will be protein 450-500 grams, carbs 200-300 grams, fats 60-80 at night about 4-5 hours after last carb meal..
    training from 6 to 5 days a week no more then one hour... any other advice can i keep my gains i really don't notice much if any water retention so hopefully i won't lose 13 pounds like my test e dbol cycle...

    another thing i notice my inner chest is lacking no matter how many flies or cable crosses i do? what have you found effective thanks..

    Looks like you have gyno.

    I'd cover up your face, just to be safe.

    Post your chest routine in the workout forum and the folks there can help you tweak it.

    You and I have very similar musculature, but you're at a much lower BF% than I am. How tall are you, weight, age?

    For pct questions, you may be better off posting in the PCT forum. Diet questions in the diet forum, etc. The helpful folks hang out in their respective forums usually.

    age 21 height 6'0 weight 206 mourning... and bf 12-13% on the electric thing waist is about 33 inches.. my chest training is .... 4 sets of flat for 315 4x5, 295 5-6, 295 x5, 275 x6 (give or take +-1), then i go to either incline or decline barbell for 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps.. then usually a dumbell press on a slight incline for 3 sets, then 3-4 sets of flies and cables...

    Yeah, I've got an inch and 10lbs or so on you. I think you are less than 10% based on that first pic, but probably close to 10% in that last pic.

    I think you have gyno.

    Try changing your chest routine up if you feel you aren't growing. The body gets used to anything over time.

    I did something similar to what you are doing, then switched to dumbells on a 15* incline for 4 or 5 sets of 8-10 reps, 3 sets of 10 dbell flies (varying bench position each time), Weighted dips, and then maybe 3 sets of 10 barbell on flat bench. Biggest thing is to pick a routine, stick with it until you feel your body getting used to it (no growth or strength gains) and then switch it up.

    nice alrite yeah thats what i usually do.. it just seems my outer chest fills up quickly on cycle but my inner is hard for me.. u running anything now or whats ur future cycle?

    even with a 33 inch waist im 10% lol i find that hard to believe.. i would think no less then 12 because i can still pinch a good amount but who knows.. my upper body is definitly alot more defined then before this cycle which i feel good about..

    Your chest is all the same muscle. Dumbell presses seem to isolate the pecs more, so you might try focusing on those first and doing bench as a second or third exercise.
