hey guys i cut out the npp 5-6 days ago prob lost a pound of water... i also stopped the t3 and now am just on clen to try to get my natural thyoid back quicker without the rebound effect... i am on just prop at 100 mg ed.. var at 80 mg ed for the next 10 days until pct.. my pct consists of igflr3, nolva,clomid, sustain alpha, and i ran hcg on cycle... will i keep most of my gains if i eat around 500 grams protein 250 grams carbs.. break/pre/post.. thanks and also i need some advice on how to run igf-lr3.. first time user here.. thanks..
