    Question ECA effectiveness VS Clen, T3, T4?

    I've used a homemade ECA stack before (~160mg Aspirin, ~200mg Caffeine, ~20mg Ephedrine HCL), how does it compare to Clen, T3, T4, or Albuterol in regards to Fat Loss/Muscle Sparing effects (if you have had prior experience and can compare any of these to ECA)?

    from what i've read, ECA raises metabolic output around 3-4% while clen raises it around 10%, i've never used ECA so i can't comment from first hand

    T3 raises metabolism via a different mechanism than ephedra and clen altogether
