back to back cycles....total 8 months?

Het bros, just came off a 5 month cycle (sust & Eq) with good results but now want to go on a cutting cycle. Been off for just over 1.5 months. Any thoughts? Looking to run Test E, winny and lower diet.

Bad idea? Been done with good results? Looking for some solid input.

    lol.. playahplayah !!!

Sorry... Umm if you have been off for 6 weeks I would.. umm wait at least another.. wait whoa !! You did a 20 week cycle !! Umm unless you are on TRT I would advise you not do this !!

You need to give your body REST man !! Let your Body re-work itself back to homeostasis..

TECHNICALLY.. you should wait at least 20 weeks before attempting another cycle...

In all reality.. 12 weeks should be sufficient upon cessation of A PROPER PCT !! provided u did one of them... you did right??

true that.. Just wondering how people go an entire year on and have no problems. I've got a few friends at the cycle for a year and take 2 off and they seem to hold a good bit of the gains and as far as they say have no problems

It's called cruising and blasting. You shouldn't consider it unless you're planning on dedicating your life to bodybuilding basically..

It raises the chances of permanently damaging your natural test-production permanently.

I'm sure if you looked at your buddies blood-work it would tell you that they have MANY problems to worry about. lol.

Basically my advice to you is stay off AAS for another 3 - 4 months. Once 3 months has pasted go and get your bloodwork done... if your test levels are back within the normal range you're all good to cycle again. (doing it by the general rule: time off = time on + pct... it would tell you 5 more months off AAS)..

cruising and blasting! I was wondering what the name for doing a long cycle was called. Someone told me they recommend that for my first cycle if I wanted to keep gains. It sounded weird to me because I never read it anywhere. Not that I was considering doing it but it's a good thing you said what you said. Makes me feel more confident that I wanted to stick to the regular approach for when I do take action months from now.

Thanks for the advice all... I'll just wait it out and get my blood work done in another 3 months to see where I'm at...

    Thanks again
