What do you mean when you say "safely"? Realistically you should have started taking nolva daily once you felt the gyno coming on..the deca is going to be in your body for a while.Originally Posted by stangnjuice

everyone says nolva now but i have seen many people say on this board never take nolva if you have taken deca in your cycle im confused

OK your right, I missed that. Yes it's time to go read the top sticky on pct again. I have also read several times nolva is not good with Deca or MAYBE that's just ON cycle and for PCT it might be fine

nolva would normally be started 14-16 days after last injection but it does not say if you have stopped the test yet
