Im having some trouble figuring out the dosage to use... I started at 60mcgs (3pills). Heres the thing. If I take all three at the same time I get the normal sides- shakes, breathing etc. But i tried taking them throughout the day- 9am, 1pm, 4pm and i dont feel a thing. Does this matter. I feel like if i dont get the sides, the drug isnt working...

ive used it about 7 yrs ago! for about 6-8 weeks. Im getting old now and dont remember how i used it... lolol

I think the problem here is more psychological than anything else, just because you're not feeling the sides doesn't mean it's not working.

If you eat small portions of food and don't have a stomach ache, does it mean your body isn't absorbing the nutrients?

I think you can see the point I am trying to make. :-)

If you want to take three a day, I would personally recommend taking two a little while before your workout to get the most out of it and that way you will feel it working with little sides. Slot the other tab in a couple hours before or after, depending on your workout time.

thanks brutha! I figured it was in my head... And thats exactly what i did today- 2 at 11am right before my workout and I just ate another one 20min ago! Much appreciated
