I havent ran deca for a long time but in my early years i did use it alot,i did many experiments with deca, i did like it but i found it overated towards other compounds to be honest.
Upping the Test dose was an improvement for me against running deca, what deca did do for me was help with aches,pain and injuries the strength mainly came from water weight but on a personal note i got better strength and size gains from simply upping the Test dose, recovery when i got older was very hard from deca which was another reason why i dropped it,but try all combination and log the results and go with what works best for you.
