    Early A.M. training/cardio/diet question

What's up guys? With my schedule at work and family, the only time I can train is early in the A.M. and I can get in about 30 minutes of cardio after 9 pm. I usually get up around 4:00 a.m. and am in the gym around 5:00 I am currently cutting and I hear all sorts of good things about fasted A.M. Cardio. I don't want to do my cardio before I lift and I don't want to lift on an empty stomach. Usually I have some Oats and egg whites. Do you think it would be a good idea to have a scoop of whey protein before my lifting instead of the usual? Will my cardio at the end of my lifting session be more like fasted cardio if I do that? Thanks!

in your case i would carb load the night before probly... low GI carbs like yams probly before bed and upon waking up before the gym slam down some quick carbs and egg whites or whey... cardio PWO always

Awesome thanks man! As always I will make the adjustment, try it for 2 weeks and then evaluate how well it is working for me. Will update with results.
