Hi, just want to know what u guys thinks about a buddy of mine doing this:
9am: 3km jogging
9h30am: 2 slice of bread
10h30am: 330 abs
12h: 2 hot dog
4h30pm: 20mins natation
5hpm: 2 hamberger/cheese
5h30pm: training (bench/curl (4x12) + 300 abs + 3km bycicle)
10h30pm: sleep
Is this ok to eat that small, his 5'8, 160lbs, 14% fat?
His goal: drop fat
