    Keeping gains HELP!!!!!

    what are the chances of keeping gains when not training during PCT
    due to injury ?

    What built the muscle will keep the muscle, so if your not training its going to be impossible to keep muscle, also depends how long your not going to be training for.

    x2^. Any insight on what type of injury it is keeping you from continued training? If you lift for a year and then stop - obviously your going to lose gains. Same with gear - it's no miracle drug.

    Are you seeing a doctor of any kind? Know how long you'll be out of training?

    just whent to dock
    seems a slightly torn a few fibres between chest and shoulders
    and that i have sprained lower
    cant lift but can do cardio?

    hopefully my chest heal asap so i can start training chest, bi, tri, shoulders
    as for back and legs got to give them a logn break (pissed my legs where getting huge during cycle , the place i made my most gains was legs)

    any other advice bros

    Keep your diet up, lots of protein and carbs, hope for the best. You may increase BF but if you can do cardio that will help.
