Head on over to the PCT forum, these are things that have been beat to death.

AI stands for Aromatase inhibitor, it prevents the conversion of androgens into estrogen.

Have something like arimidex on hand, you can take it .25 EOD while on cycle, or if things get worse I believe you can bump it up to .25 ED?

Depends on cycle, severity of onset, and other things. You need to read up so you can make an educated decision. Gyno is not the only side effect that can result here.
