Just wanted to say hey to everybody and introduce myself. I come looking for some serious help, I've always been into lifting but I've always been pretty heavy also. As I stand right now im 6'5 310 I have a pretty good base but I have a lot of UNWANTED FAT. Im trying to drop as much fat as possible and then start bulking. Any tips or help would be very greatful
