yea im in the uk, cant i get this stuff from a local supermarket? what other oils are there, what have them same qualities of flax...also what sort of nuts do you eat for a good sorce of fat

not at the min.....just the udos choice and EVOO........i just eat mine off the spoon....dont think a could eat the fish oil.......

u can get flax oil in tesco and asda also if u go 2 ur local health food store or holland and barrett dont tell me ther aint one of those near u they seel almost evreything including udos

why do you want flax seed oil anyway?

it's a poor choice for bodybuilders, as it makes a poor conversion to EPA/DHA as compared to other oil sources.

You're absolutely right, I have been saying the same for quite some time. Flax has health benefits sure, but for bodybuilding purposes I would never suggest it.

flax seed oil is ok if you need an easy way to get calories and fatty acids in your diet. you dont NEED it though
